• The project coordinator makes sure that the appropriate translator works on your text and that deadlines are met. As account manager, he or she also serves as your contact person throughout the entire project.

• WTS can be reached by telephone at any time of day or night, seven days a week.
• WTS has a worldwide network of professional, sworn, native-speaking translators and editors. A team of in-house, sworn translators for Dutch, English, German and French work in the office Mondays through Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• CAT (Computer Aided Translation) tools ensure that your own language combination and specialist terminology are stored in our translation database.
• Our specialty is the storage of client-based terminology.
• The confidentiality agreement signed by all WTS employees ensures that your company's important information is treated with the strictest confidence.

HISTORY

WTS opened its doors in Zeist in 1982. Three more offices were set up in 1987, in Amsterdam, The Hague and Maastricht. As technology advanced, from fax machines and modems to e-mail and Internet, we re-established ourselves in one main office in order to provide our customers with more streamlined services. In 1999 we moved to our present location in the office park in Bunnik, easily visible and accessible from the A12 motorway.

WTS works hard to optimise the international communication of its clients. We do this by building long-term relationships with our clients, which not only enhances the quality of our products, but also ensures consistent use of language and technical terminology in the translations we supply. Services can include the construction of an individual terminology databank as well as centralised purchasing and administration. If desired, a WTS consultant can visit your company to review how you make decisions regarding translation needs and how these projects are then coordinated, as well as estimate the monthly or annual costs involved. We can also look at how your international communication could be improved and made more cost-effective.
