WTS guarantees quality and consistency through its large team of professionals: translators, correctors, interpreters, editors, copywriters, DTP experts and project coordinators. We have an internal team of translators of English, French and Dutch, and maintain a global network of freelancers, both sworn (RBTV) and non-sworn native speakers.

Our language specialists are not only fluent speakers of the languages they work in, but also specialised in one or more professional fields through education and/or experience. Moreover, they always bear in mind the culture of the country for which the texts are intended. These qualities form the preconditions for a good translation. Every translator and interpreter has his or her own language combination(s) and specialisation(s). They all work according to the WTS quality standards and are held to the strictest confidentiality.

The translation process is supervised by an in-house team of project coordinators. Our project coordinators monitor the translation or interpreting assignment from beginning to end. Their working methods and services are in accordance with the strict ISO procedures and quality standards. They are responsible for finding the right interpreter or translator for the job, see to it that agreements and deadlines are adhered to and serve as the customer’s designated liaison in all things. The project coordinator agrees on the project deadline with the customer, without ever losing sight of the precarious balance between time constraints and quality.

WTS guarantees excellent working conditions for its staff: we continuously invest in hardware and software, the latest dictionaries, the fastest Internet connections and all the necessary training. We also use translation software, Trados and Déjà Vu, to record terminology in a customer-specific database and keep it up-to-date.
